Install OWASP in Virtual BOX or VMWARE

Hello, I need install owasp in a Virtual Machine, follow steps list in http://appseclive.org/content/creating-virtualbox-image-owasp-live-cd, i have owasp live cd, but i want know if i need internet connection for this procedure.

Problem whit link

Hello, i following instruccions for installa OWASP in my hard disk, but link http://backtrack.serveftp.com/backtrack/misctools/slax6-install.kmdr in not available, i dont know this is temporary or definitive, any options?

New location for that SLAX installer

At some point, the Backtrack people removed that from their server,
However, we had an copy lying about and posted it here:
http://appseclive.org/sites/default/files/slax6-install_2.kmdr
Thanks for the heads up on the stale link.  I've updated the link on hat page so it points to the new location.

In a simple answer, yes

In it's current form, you'll have to download the slax installer tool, something we haven't included with the live CD. It has recently been pulled and stored here on this site at this location:
 
http://appseclive.org/sites/default/files/slax6-install_2.kmdr
 
You'll need to have that file available when you are ready to begin the install. You could easily download it in advance and just sftp it over to the live CD running in a virtualized environment.
