When I opened the OWASP_Application_Security_FAQ pdf on the WTE beta, Ubuntu prompted me to install Document Viewer and Gimp. Please add Document Viewer to the included packages.

OK. that was a complete oversight on our part. Envice will be added to the list of default packages for the next ISO release.
If you need it for a current ISO, you can install it by running:
$ sudo apt-get install evince
as the owasp user. The password for the LiveCD user is also owasp. That gives you a decent work around while we get a new iso generated.
